What we have been doing.

We have undertaken many changes to our home over the past months, ranging from how we conduct care to new technologies being incorporated around the home to assist our residents to keep in touch with loved ones from around the world, and to also assist ourselves in providing the most accurate care possible to your loved ones.

We have recently completed our first phase of upgrading our IT Systems at Dove House Care Home; this involved creating full WIFI coverage spanning the entire Care Home. Not only does this allow our residents to receive prompt and quality care from a multidisciplinary medical team but allows our residents to go online, use SKYPE to keep in contact with their loved ones etc, as part of their experience within Midland Healthcare.
